I started back to work this past week from medical leave, and have been enjoying my favorite smoothie recipe again. It’s my go-to on a busy morning, and literally takes just a few minutes to prepare.
You will need:
-1 cup frozen tropical fruit (I use a bag of pineapple, strawberries, peaches and mango with no sugar added)
-1 cup orange juice
-1 pinch of sugar
1. Add a cup of frozen fruit to your blender.
2. Then add one cup of orange juice.
3. Throw in a pinch of sugar.
4. Blend until desired consistency.
I hope you enjoy this simple smoothie recipe. It puts a pep in my step (that is much needed after foot surgery)..
